Product Description Reviews

Description:

Short Ram Intakes (SRIs) or Cold Air Intakes (CAIs) induce better MPG due to a more complete burning of fuel. Users with forced induction engines often opt for short ram intakes because compressors adjacent to the engine, especially turbochargers, heat the incoming air and negate much of the benefits of a cold air intake. Moreover, SRIs are the intakes, which give better throttle response since it gets the engine the air quicker. This Air Intake Ducting Piping provide the best of both worlds in heat protection and improved breathability. Every kit includes a ducting funnel inlet, heat resisting fully flexible pipe, and mounting clamps for easy installation. Perfect for customizing air intake systems and turbo intercooler pipings, while protecting and improving throttle responses.

Features:

  • Helps engine to draw in more and colder air resulting in better throttle response and higher explosive horsepower output.
  • Inlet diameter 3 in. (for intake / intercooler / turbo piping Size of 3 in.)
  • Lightweight high air flow racing performance spec. design
  • Offers extra heat and wearing resistance at shown-car level

    Package Includes:
  • 1 x Adjustable intake pipe
