Description:

The team at Injen Technology are masters at understanding airflow and efficiency. They've taken this expertise and applied to their charge pipes designs for the 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty Trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel. This particular unit is the Cold Side charge pipe and designed to reduce restriction and can be used alone or it pairs perfectly with the Injen Hot Side Charge pipe; P/N SES9004ICPH. This cold side charge pipe is an upgrade over the factory unit and is manufactured from oversized mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum and every bend and TIG weld is completed by hand at the Injen Technology headquarters in Pomona, California. Having an internal diameter of 3.25in, this charge pipe is able to reduce restriction and quickly transfer cool air from the intercooler directly into the engine. The cold side pipe also aides in balancing airflow from the intercooler to improve performance and also helps lower engine damaging exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). Most importantly, the restrictive OEM cold side pipe is prone to splitting without warning. When your OEM system splits, you lose boost pressure and it can leave you stranded at any moment. Remove that worry and that crack-prone OE charge pipe and give ourself some piece of mind with Injen's cold aide charge pipe. For optimum performance, pair this charge pipe with the Injen's hot side pipe ¨C P/N SES9004ICPH - or purchase them as a complete unit under one part number ¨C SES9004ICP. As always, these charge pipes are available with three different finishes; Polished, Wrinkle Black, and finally Wrinkle Red.
