I understand the Installation of parts which are not CARB approved on a pollution-controlled vehicle in the State of California, or cooperating states, including my state of residence, may result in the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) revoking the vehicle registration, title / certificate of ownership, transfer of registration, and/or the vehicle failing inspection for smog. I also confirm I understand law enforcement may cite me for the use of an illegal aftermarket part and seize my title and license plate because THIS PRODUCT MAY ALSO BE ILLEGAL NATIONWIDE UNDER THE FEDERAL CLEAN AIR ACT (42 U.S.C. § 7522(A)(3))
