Reverse Reverse: With more intensity than the original halogen bulbs, the Crown LEDs make for an awesome upgrade in performance and contrast. If you're looking for something brighter and whiter: then you can pick up a set of Crown's that will be perfect in your reverse lights, easy to install, and extremely effective in improving your ability to see while driving in reverse. Modern: The Crown 921 1.0 LED bulbs are superior to other options from an installation and compatibility standpoint. The main body of the bulb doubles as the base with a double-wide contact to ensure perfect contact with factory bulb sockets. (no thin wire-based contacts that can easily bend out of the way or even break). The circuits are all designed to be non-polarity sensitive too, so theres noway you can plug them in backwards. They'll work either way! Industrial: The Crown 921 1.0 LED bulbs put everything they've got out in the open. The naked LED's are in view. The LED drivers are in view, and have an integrated dimming function. They have a machined aluminum core that features a ribbed design to help radiate heat while they're running. They're all about producing added performance without the extra price, and that shows given how well they work and how inexpensive they are. Reliability: With all this power in a tiny bulb, you'd think lifespan would be a concern, but really--unless you spend hours on end driving in reverse, there's not much to worry about here. We stock, sell, and service a huge variety of LED bulbs and rarely (if ever) see problems with 921/T15 LED reverse bulbs due to the fact that they simply don't get used in any gear but reverse. Makes sense. By the Numbers: Twelve high powered LEDs. 7.5 watts of power. In theory capable of producing up to 800 lumens, measured output of 300 real lumens. Projects a full 360 degrees to make sure the full surface of your reverse light reflectors is taken advantage of. No point in making a ton of light if it's not being picked up by the reflectors that are responsible for distributing it on the ground! Summary: Super Bright.
