This allows oil to freely flow in while preventing oil from flowing out and ensures that the oil pump pick-up is surrounded by oil when the vehicle is experiencing high G-Forces. \nThe Skunk2 Racing K-Series Aluminum Racing Oil Pan's design allows the oil to be flung away from the crankcase into the kick-out,' reducing windage-related power losses and reducing oil aeration for improved oiling performance. The kick-out' on the oil pan is also designed for improved windage control, reduced aeration, and increased oil capacity, improving engine power and reliability.
